Analytics

Track how your organisation is using SignedX with reports on envelopes and text messages over time, broken down by account, group, and status.

The Analytics feature provides a centralised dashboard for monitoring organisational usage patterns. It lets you view envelope and SMS volumes across custom timeframes, with granular filtering. Access is restricted to administrators only.

Accessing Analytics

The Analytics page displays three stacked reports: Envelopes sent, Envelopes by status, and Text messages sent.

Envelopes sent

This report visualises daily envelope volumes within a selected period, with each bar representing the date envelopes were sent.

Available filters:

• Range — selected time period
• Account — specific organisational account
• Group — specific group
• Status — In progress, Completed, or Voided

Envelopes by status

This report groups envelopes by send date and segments each bar by current status:

• In progress
• Completed
• Voided

This view is useful for understanding the mix of envelope statuses on any given day at a glance.

It uses the same filters: Range, Account, Group, and Status.

Text messages sent

The Text messages sent report shows the number of SMS notifications sent within your selected range.

This report covers all organisational SMS notifications and filters by Range only.

Filters

All reports support:

• Range — presets (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks, Last 6 months, Last 12 months, Month to date, Year to date, All time) plus custom date selection
• Account — specific SignedX account
• Group — specific group
• Status — In progress, Completed, or Voided

Filters apply independently to each report.

Refreshing reports

Each report includes a refresh icon in the top-right corner to reload data with the current filters.
