My Inbox

View all envelopes sent to you by any business using SignedX, and sign or review documents directly from your dashboard.

The My Inbox feature displays all envelopes you've received where you're listed as a recipient. Access it through the left sidebar by selecting My inbox.

Inbox list

The inbox presents a table with the following columns:

  • Name — Envelope name and included recipients.
  • Status — Current envelope status (e.g. In progress, Completed).
  • Sender — Business or organisation that sent the envelope.
  • Sent — Date the envelope was transmitted to you.

Each envelope includes an Open button to access documents or take action.

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar to locate specific envelopes.

Click Filters to narrow results by:

  • Status — In progress or Completed.
  • Recipient type — Signer, Viewer, or Receives a copy.
  • From date / To date — Date range when envelopes were sent.

Select Apply to implement filters or Reset to clear them.

Opening an envelope

Click Open next to any envelope to view documents. Depending on your role and envelope status, you can:

  • Review and sign documents (if you're a signer with the envelope in progress).
  • View completed documents.
  • Download signed documents.
